Sean Cresswell – was responsible for heading up the development of the Great Days Out UK directory as the main part of his work for Quoakle. Sean began working for Quoakle in April 2009 after having lived in Finland for 4 years. He was the friendly voice that businesses heard when enquiring about the directory. Sean originates from England, but grew up in Canada and is half Irish. He enjoys travelling, football and adores liquorice ice cream! Sean now lives in Denmark with his wife. We miss him!!

Stephen Holdstock – starting working alongside Quoakle in mid 2011′, stepping in as a contracted Graphic Designer. He is responsible for much of the graphic design work and day to day web development. Born and raised in England, Stephen now lives in Sussex with his wife Becky and two young children and his giant (but soppy as soup) dog, Rocket. Stephen runs a Graphic and Media business called Media Sussex, as well as focusing a lot of his time as a Sussex Wedding Photographer with his wife and also works on projects for Quoakle when his skills are needed.

Tim DavisTim Davis – Has been working with the Quoakle team since 2015. Born and raised in Gloucester, Tim is behind the design and is responsible for making the Great Days Out directory fully responsive. He has a passion for web development and started his own web design company at the age of 17, TCD Web Design. He also regularly works on Quoakle projects, such as the useful tool – Character Counter. Tim spent 5 months in Australia on a DTS, loves football and is a passionate supporter of Manchester United!

Nigel and Helen Steele – are the Directors of Quoakle. They are both experienced teachers and have taught in a number of schools in Wiltshire and Gloucestershire. Nigel bought the www.great-days-out.co.uk URL as part of his domain-collecting habit and was about to let it expire when he discovered it had renewed for another year. Having done this, Nigel thought he could do something with it along the lines of a Graphical directory like Quoakle. You could say running a business came as a bit of a surprise in 2006 when Nigel was inspired with the ideas for the first graphical directory. Helen’s gifts are more on the creative rather than the technical side of things. As a Cheshire lad and lover of the beautiful game, Nigel is proud to support Crewe Alexandra. P.s. We’re going to change this picture soon as it’s well over 10 years old!
